“Freedom Is Not Free” is a non-profit organization that helps U.S. soldiers who have been wounded in war, as well as the families of soldiers wounded or killed in action. The charity was established in 2005 and has sincelent support to hundreds of war veterans and affiliated organizations to the tune of $ 800,000. Proceeds from the Diablo Golf Classic will help the organization further its mission of serving those in need.
Sponsoring the Diablo Golf Classic charity event is part of the uAttend philosophy of being a responsible member of the business community. The Diablo golf tournament differs from sports competitions that are about winning as its sole purpose is to raise money for a noble cause. The tournament was founded by Ryan Sebring in 2008.
